Project scope included installation of all gas services for 17 future restaurant spaces, tied to a central location in the lower Concourse A gas room. Gas lines feed restaurant at street level and were installed to the underneath side of the deck in the lower concourse level, then piped to a central location connecting these lines at a gas manifold room. Several locations needed core drilling through slab structures. Installation of 17 electrical sub panels to support the electrical needs of each tenant. Drywall, patch back and installation of 36 heat pumps with condensate lines were included in suites. Sanitary lines down two floors into the lower section of the building where the “Bullet Train” will be stationed at the lower Concourse B were installed.

As the Project Manager for the SalesForce Transit Center for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority, I would like to commend your team for your performance on the $4M+ Utilities Reallocation Project. TEAMWRKX was able to finish this critical project to the building's infrastructure far ahead of schedule and under budget. This is even more incredible considering this work was bid pre-COVID and executed during the COVID-19 pandemic with no impact to the end client or building or issues with safety. Our team here looks forward to working with TEAMWRKX again.

ACCO had the pleasure to work with TEAMWRKX Construction at Transbay Terminal for the Utilities project. From the beginning it was easy to work with their office team. They are very responsive, thorough, and had similar objectives as us; to finish the job safely, efficiently, and successfully. That was accomplished with the help of their hard working field team. The field team was easy to communicate with and took a TEAM effort approach. We had a great experience and look forward to teaming up with TEAMWRKX again in the near future.

Adrian Valverde , Senior Project Manager
ACCO Engineered Systems

Thank you TEAMWRKX for the professionalism that your staff had while they were working at the Sales Force Transit Center. I was impressed by was the speed in which the project was done. Your Superintendent was able to set a schedule and keep all your subs on pace to keep far ahead of schedule. Very rarely does a Chief Engineer have a job run this well without some bumps in the road. I truly hope to work together again in the future as I have never had a job go this smoothly. This is the first thank you letter I have written to any General Contractor in my 33 years in the engineering! Once again Thank you to your entire TEAMWRKX team!
