This multi-phase facility serves as a comprehensive health and social service center for the growing East Bay senior population. Finishing ahead of schedule, the space serves over 150 seniors with dental, medical and physical therapy rooms, restrooms and showers, and a commercial kitchen. A new infrastructure for electrical, plumbing and HVAC was installed, as was ﬁre protection with two-hour separation walls, specialty glass and alarms.
