The goal of the project was to restore and modernize the building lobby and exterior. The interior construction consisted of extensive interior soffiting and lighting, refinishing the masonry on all of the interior lobby walls, relocating the guard desk, architectural enhancements to glass work, new lighting and ceiling treatment.
The exterior construction consisted of removing commercial signage from the building columns and restoring the original stucco. Also included in the scope was the replacement of retail storefront doors and a modernization of the marble trim, allowing for seamless glass storefronts.
