Tenant improvement of an existing dealership to facilitate a complete brand changeover. Project scope included pre-construction services for critical path scheduling, site logistics, building MEP system cost recommendations, design coordination, permitting and procurement, and two separate phases of both interior and exterior improvements. Interior scope included demolition, renovation of showroom and restrooms, MEP infrastructure installations, electrical systems, and flooring. Exterior scope included installing parking lot light fixtures, implementing the Sobotec system and signage.
