- Provides administrative support Project Management team in all phases of a construction project including sales, preconstruction / estimating / bidding, construction, and project close-out.
- Support Project Management team(s) on multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Exercise sound judgment related to day-to-day administration of projects.
- Assist Superintendent with the implementation of job site safety materials, notifications, signage, supplies, and equipment.
- Work with Insurance Coordinator to ensure insurance and bonds are current and accurate.
- Assist Project Management Teams in their effective communications with Owner and design and construction teams.
- Maintain document control and distribution of the following, distributing, and logging each.

Manage and maintain accurate logs for the following:

- Permit Log
- Project Issues List
- Change Proposal Log
- Change Order Log
- Addenda Log
- Close Out Log
- Safety Log
- Claims Log
- Contingency Log
- Encourage the Design Team, Subcontractors, and vendors to meet deadlines by courteous phone calls and confirming letters/correspondence.
- Support Project Teams in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist in communications associated with the Punch Lists administration and the follow-up necessary to ensure timely completion of Punch List work.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- This position will be required to physically work out of TEAMWRKX’ office in San Jose, CA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project support with a General Contractor, Architect or Subcontractor.
- Graduated from an accredited college program in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering would be a benefit.
- Must be proficient in the understanding and use of Procore project management system.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications would be a benefit.
- Must comply with the company policy of having a current valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 Certification.
- Excellent Time management skills and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
The starting base pay for this position has a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000. * The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for health, disability, life, dental, vision along with retirement plans.
*Please note that the full base pay range for incumbent employees in this position can be expected to fall between $50,000 to $80,000. New hires joining TEAMWRKX tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay overtime based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company/industry-specific knowledge.
