Eilbera recently joined TEAMWRKX as a Project Engineer. Eilbera graduated from Cal Poly in July 2018; passionate about environmental sustainability, humanitarian engineering, education and community development. Eilbera served as the International Project Lead and External Vice President of Engineers Without Boarders Chapter wherein she led an international project for water resources design and implementation team who served a community in Nicaragua. She is also a member of the Regenerative Cooperation Community whose members act to embody its core values of environmental sustainability and social justice.

Eilbera volunteers in organizing STEM events such as robot rallies for middle schoolers, and enjoys teaching children and toddlers to read, count and play music. She is passionate about traveling, learning and sharing cultures, and believes a society’s level of intelligence, tolerance and manners are intertwined in the values that are shared from diverse backgrounds in various geographic regions.

As a Project Engineer, Eilbera works closely with the Project and Field Management team assisting in project planning, bidding, budget management completion and closeout.
