Scope of project is a non-structural tenant improvement including demolition, new interior partitions, interior doors, lighting, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler work to accommodate new construction. Includes two new existing roll-up doors being replaced with new storefront door and windows, one new storefront pair of doors, and one existing fixed window being replaced with a new storefront door and window.
