Project Description

Project was a joint venture between the County of Alameda, Eastmont Properties Company and GSA, with the goal of incorporating 8 independent agencies under one roof. Project imperatives included incorporating scheduling necessities and design mandates from the eight different agencies with vastly different missions. Building started as a vacant shopping mall and upon completion, included modern daycare facilities, exam rooms, conference rooms and offices. TEAMWRKX also successfully executed significant value engineering, as the project required the re-engineering of the post tension cabling network of 2nd floor, which allowed for a three story building atrium.
