Collaboration of Commercial Construction Service Companies Demonstrates 182% Growth Over Three Years

San Jose, Calif. — Teamwrkx, a collaboration of companies serving the commercial construction market in the Greater Bay Area, announced today that one of its companies is 20th on the list of the 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies published by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal this week. Inclusion in this prestigious list is determined by an independent firm charged with auditing revenue figures and growth from actual federal tax returns. This Teamwrkx company demonstrated an average growth rate of 182.57 percent since 2005, nearly tripling revenues from $8.53 million to $24.1 million during this period.

“Teamwrkx Inc. is an incubator. We build successful service companies and launch them to independence,” said Teamwrkx CEO and CFO Eric Venzon. “Even in a sluggish economy, we expect our success to continue, with Teamwrkx Mechanical, Teamwrkx Construction, Teamwrkx Facilities and other Teamwrkx companies expected to grow by more than 35 percent in 2009.”

The Teamwrkx family of service companies includes Teamwrkx Construction, commercial general contractors specializing in corporate interiors, renovations, and new building construction; Teamwrkx Mechanical, Inc., an HVAC company offering a range of services designed to reduce a building’s overall operating expenses and impact on the environment; Teamwrkx Facilities, a service division specializing in the maintenance of corporate real estate assets; and other companies now in varying states of incubation. Founded in San Jose in 2004, Teamwrkx has construction projects in progress throughout the Greater Bay Area and Central Valley, with formal offices in both San Jose and San Francisco, and field offices in Oakland, Tracy and Lodi.
