5.8.07   After a year-long rebuild of a derelict, four-story office building in East Oakland, Teamwrkx completes Miley Gardens both ahead of schedule and under budget. The new structure enables low- and moderate-income seniors to lease affordable housing. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be in June 2007.
     
4.11.07   Teamwrkx Construction forms a partnership with Portland Systems, a leading designer and manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings. The partnership will allow Teamwrkx provide metal building alternatives in the Bay Area, promoting faster occupancy and reduced costs.
